A concert or exhibition you enjoyed
Today I’m going to talk about the concert I enjoyed most. It was a Queen concert and it was on 2014, in the National Stadium. It was the second concert I’ve atended before. I went with my dad, and I knew that 2 of my classmates were going too but in different seats, so I didn’t see none of them. We had to wait a lot of hours in a row and when they finally opened the grids everyone started running to get a good seat (some of them weren’t numbered) We had the main court ubication and the last thing I remember is running the fastest I could and I achieved to be in the front grid, I was even closer than some people who payed more for their ticket!
The opening band was Los Tres and they already started playing their best known songs, it was very nice but we just couldn´t wait to see Queen.
There was a curtain on the stage and they started playing behind, and when the guitar part started the courtain opened and I remember it as the most exciting thing! I was really close and excited to see one of my favorite bands. Especially the guitarist Brian May, who I really admire. The band were touring with Adam Lambert, for that time and he did a really good performance. They also remembered Freddie Mercury in the classic ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ , like they used to do since he died. They played a lot of songs and closed with ‘We are the Champions’. I really enjoyed this concert and remember it as one of the best I’ve gone.
